Meet Elle Woods, fashion merchandising student and sorority girl. With fabulous hair, a vast collection of flamboyant designer clothing, Jimmy Choo shoes and with her faithful chihuahua, Bruiser tucked under her arm she’s not most people’s idea of an aspiring Harvard law school graduate.

But that’s the whole point.

Unlike pretty much everyone else at Harvard Elle is walking in with an open mind. She knows practically nothing about this ancient and at terms stuffy seat of learning and it actually helps.

It means she doesn’t consider anyone else to be better than her and means that she is quite prepafred to speak up and speak her mind. It doesn’t always go down well but but it gets her respect and sure as hell gets her noticed!

In this session we're going to look at how leverage the concept of beginners mind to surpress our anxieties and stop overthinking it.
